As we close out the 2023-24 school year, we reminisce on how exquisite the food has been in our cafeteria this year. From the newly added panini machine to the long loved breadsticks, the food only continues to get better. Sophomore, Maeve Hecht, claims that the white jasmine rice served is like nothing she’s ever tasted in her life. On another note, sophomore Paxton Towe really enjoys the pesto sandwiches. He says “the combination of the creamy lime green sauce with the adequately seasoned chicken, fit for the kings, is perfect.” This revamp of the cafeteria and its food this year has been quite the success. When asking students what their favorite food is, the variety of answers proves that there is something for everyone, and you just have to walk into lunch impatiently awaiting  to discover the surprise soup and entree of the day. Thank you to the lunchroom staff for such a great school year of fantastic cuisine. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year!
